Lawful Use Policy

Encrygma is a defensive AI cyber security intelligence platform. All content is provided for lawful, defensive, research, and educational purposes only. Users agree to access Encrygma content solely for lawful purposes. Any use of Encrygma content to facilitate illegal activity is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate access termination.

No Malware Policy

Encrygma does not publish malware, malicious code, weaponized exploits, attack toolchains, or any software designed to cause harm to computer systems. Any content referencing malware is for intelligence and awareness purposes only, using high-level descriptions without operational details. Encrygma does not provide, share, or facilitate access to malware of any kind.

No Unauthorized Access Policy

Encrygma does not provide instructions, guidance, tools, or services that facilitate unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, accounts, or data. All content discussing attack techniques is at a conceptual, intelligence level only. Users must not attempt to use any information on Encrygma for unauthorized access of any kind.

No Exploit Instructions Policy

Encrygma does not publish exploit code, proof-of-concept attack code, step-by-step exploit instructions, or operational guidance for exploiting vulnerabilities. Intelligence about zero-day vulnerabilities and exploits is presented at a defensive awareness level — sufficient for organizational risk assessment, not for conducting attacks.

No Spyware-Use Policy

Encrygma does not provide instructions for deploying, operating, or acquiring commercial spyware or surveillance tools. Intelligence about mercenary spyware is provided solely for defensive awareness, risk assessment, and policy understanding. Encrygma does not sell, broker, or facilitate access to spyware of any kind.

No Harassment or Doxxing Policy

Encrygma does not publish personal information about private individuals, facilitate harassment campaigns, or enable doxxing of any person. Threat actor coverage focuses on organizations and groups, not private individuals, and is limited to information already established in public reporting.

Responsible Disclosure Statement

If Encrygma becomes aware of a previously undisclosed vulnerability affecting critical systems, we follow coordinated disclosure principles: notifying the affected vendor and/or relevant national cybersecurity authority before publication and allowing reasonable time for a patch to be developed. Encrygma does not engage in vulnerability trading, weaponization, or sale.
